We are offering several public and private paddle classes, including Beginners SUP Yoga, Fluid Flow, Float & Flow, Learn to Paddle and Paddle Fitness! Looking to take your yoga practice to the next level? Look no further! Instructors Caitlin, Seana, Frances and Meredith will safely and swiftly guide you inward on the water. And don’t worry about floating away! We have anchors at the back of each paddleboard that will secure your board into place. Break a sweat, get a little wet and have your BEST yoga practice YET!
